Cyber Digital Bushido collects no personal data by default. There is no account, no sign-in, and no tracking cookie. Every page can be read without sending anything about yourself.

The assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are scored on your own device and the result is encoded into the page URL — it is not written to any server. The link is yours to keep, share, or discard.

After the result renders you may choose to contribute your scores to an anonymous aggregate. That choice is opt-in and off by default. If you tick the box and submit, exactly this is sent: your eight virtue scores as integers, plus the time of submission. No name, no account, no IP address, no identifier of any kind. A contributed result cannot be traced back to you or withdrawn, because nothing links it to you.

If you seal a pledge, the site stores the display name you type, a SHA-256 hash of your commitment, the manifesto version, and the time. The display name may be a pseudonym — you decide what to enter.

Your pledge is private by default. It appears on the public ledger only if you tick the ledger box when you seal it. Every pledge is held for manual review before it can appear, and a listed entry can be removed on request via the contact address on the About page.

The site uses no analytics and sets no cookies. If a privacy-preserving analytics tool is added later, this page will say so before it is switched on.
